Each year, more and more brands emerge in Kyiv, offering not only stylish but also high-quality clothing. Local designers in the capital continue to attract customers with their practicality, especially now, in the rainy fall season, when residents seek waterproof yet fashionable items. Additionally, the growing popularity of active outdoor activities, such as hiking, calls for comfortable attire.
Today, customers primarily seek comfort and convenience, regardless of weather conditions. In response, local manufacturers pay close attention to these needs, striving to merge global fashion trends with unique designs for their collections.
In this article, we’ll look at several Kyiv-based brands that produce modern, practical, and stylish clothing not only for the Ukrainian audience but also worldwide.
Located in Kyiv

The Ukrainian brand Located in Kyiv challenges perceptions of life in megacities like Paris, New York, and Tokyo, instead highlighting the significance of Kyiv itself. This concept is embodied in prints on T-shirts, tote bags, caps, and more. The brand also allows for customized combinations of city names and colors, making each piece unique.
The Located in Kyiv concept centers on the idea that everyone has their city and a story tied to it—a place where they were born, grew up, moved to, or truly feel at home.
“It’s a story about various, but uniquely familiar Ukrainian cities,” the brand states on its website.

Arch

Arch is a Kyiv-based brand of everyday clothing that combines practicality with on-trend designs. The brand’s name is inspired by the word “arch” in English and is also a nod to “architecture.” The angled logo represents a shelter, where one can escape the rain.
The Arch team draws inspiration from the Scandinavian lifestyle, Northern nature, and architecture when creating their clothing. According to Arch, their pieces are meant for urban dwellers who appreciate versatility and modernity.
Launched in September 2019, Arch debuted with a collection at the Kyiv venue Kashtan. The brand’s initial offering was raincoats, soon followed by pants, T-shirts, long sleeves, caps, and more.
You can find Arch pieces at the brand’s retail partner, RIOTDIVISION on Reitarska Street, 9, or online – just follow their store link.
Riot Division

Riot Division is a Kyiv-based brand launched in 2010, pioneering the techwear style (technical clothing) in Ukraine. The founder, Oleg Moroz, initially created a hoodie with a built-in mask designed to provide comfort during football matches.
Riot Division’s hallmark is functional, transformer-style clothing. Thanks to this innovative concept, the brand quickly gained popularity both locally and internationally.
Their clothing line has also attracted a loyal following base among security personnel, military service representatives, and volunteer battalions. Since 2015, Riot Division has offered a permanent 50% discount for those who served in Ukraine’s ATO and JFO combat zones. Now, they’ve extended lifetime discounts to all Ukrainian Armed Forces members, military medics, and DSNS workers upon presenting official identification.
The brand has no interest in keeping up with the fast-paced fashion cycle, instead focusing on uniting people from various backgrounds and communities who share a common vision.
Riot Division’s apparel is available at several physical stores:
- Reitarska St, 9, Kyiv
- Mojave, Pavlivska St, 26/41, Kyiv
- TSUM Shopping Center, Khreshchatyk St, 38, Kyiv
